Tips For Good, Healthy and Glowing Skin

  1. Make sure to have a healthy diet. Also make sure to include Vitamin E for your skin. Consume green vegetables and colorful fruits as they are rich in antioxidants, and helps the skin to fight against free radical attacks that eventually leads to wrinkles, blemishes, breakouts etc.
      2. Drink 2-5 bottles of water each day.

      3.  Avoid vigorous rubbing – such as scratching or rubbing with a towel – as this can irritate the skin.

      4. Always Wear sunscreen either you are indoor or outdoor. In the morning, apply antioxidant serum followed by a broad-spectrum sun block of SPF 30 or higher. Some UV penetrates through the sunscreen in the antioxidant provides extra protection. While you are outside, make sure you are staying protected — yes with sun block, but even with your clothing. Wear sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat.”

     5. Select moisturizers fit for your skin.

     6.  Always use good non-comedogenic products especially while selecting your skin care regime.

     7.  Wear less make up. Occasionally you can but use good cosmetic products, preferably go for   mineral base make up kitty.

USE SLEEP TO YOUR ADVANTAGE:

“Many people don’t realize what a large role sleep plays in the anti-aging realm. Sleep is important for your skin. Physiologically, the skin has a lot to do during the day including metabolism, fending off UV radiation, protecting the body from pathogens and regulating body temperature. But once asleep, the skin does its most significant repair work including production of collagen and elastin, the skin’s connective tissue responsible for firmness, tone and elasticity.”
